Customized for your business needs
This innovative software solution empowers
the customer to track and control prepaid debit, charge and
prepaid meal accounts. Aloha Meal Accountability operates in
real time, and can handle a significant volume of cards. In
addition, the renowned Aloha versatility means that these
solutions can be customized to fit your unique business
needs. It interfaces with Aloha QuickService and
TableService and the Verifone TRANZ 330 card reader, as well
as non-Aloha POS solutions. |

Ideal for student meal plans
Primarily designed for
environments with fixed populations, Meal
Accountability is not an online authorization
system for use with bank debit and credit cards
and it is not an Accounts Receivable system. The
most common instances for the use of Meal
Accountability today are student meal plans in
university cafeterias and payroll deduction in
hospital and corporate cafeterias.
Multiple plans can be created
The Meal Accountability module
allows for a practically unlimited number of
debit, credit or meal count-style plans that can
be created. User-defined meal types that account
holders can consume – such as breakfast, lunch
or dinner – can be classified. Meal plans can
specify limits for daily, weekly, monthly and
total meal counts, as well as impose daily
limits on a meal type-specific basis.
